Welcome to SnapMenu! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SnapMenu ("we," "us," or "our") and the services provided through the SnapMenu platform ("Services"). SnapMenu is a SaaS platform service created and maintained by SIGAlabs O.E, a company located in Athens, Greece. By using our website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue using our Services immediately.

Please read these Terms carefully before using SnapMenu.

1. Acceptance of Terms  
By accessing or using SnapMenu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms applicable to specific features, content, or offers on SnapMenu. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of SnapMenu after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service  
SnapMenu provides a platform for businesses (such as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.) to create and manage QR code menus, allowing customers to view and order from digital menus using their mobile devices. We offer subscription plans with varying levels of functionality, which may include menu creation, customization options, analytics, and integration with third-party services.

3. Account Registration  
To use SnapMenu, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1. Subscription Plans  
SnapMenu offers different subscription plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, which may be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose.

4.2. Billing and Payment  
You must provide a valid payment method to access our paid Services. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees through your selected payment method. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these Terms.

4.3. Automatic Renewal  
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription term unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

5. Use of the Service  
You agree to use SnapMenu for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our platform to create, upload, or distribute any content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations;
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights;
- Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate materials.

SnapMenu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.

6. User-Generated Content  
As a user of SnapMenu, you may upload content, such as menu items, descriptions, and images ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to SnapMenu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload User Content to SnapMenu and that your content does not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property or violate any laws.

7. Intellectual Property  
All intellectual property rights in and to SnapMenu, including trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary content, are owned by SnapMenu or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our prior written consent.

8. Data Privacy  
We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you agree to by using SnapMenu.

9. Termination  
We may terminate or suspend your access to SnapMenu at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use SnapMenu will immediately cease, and you will not be entitled to any refunds for any subscription fees paid.

10. Limitation of Liability  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMenu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification  
You agree to indemnify and hold SnapMenu harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of SnapMenu, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.

12. Changes to the Service  
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SnapMenu at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

13. Governing Law  
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Athens,Greece, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
